This core skills introductory course in television production management aims to develop your knowledge of the management, leadership, scheduling and budgeting skills required to successfully manage a factual television programme and production team.The aim of this TV production management course are to equip production staff and TV production managers with the core skills needed to successfully manage a factual television programme and develop their financial and team management skills.
By the end of this course delegates will have gained the core skills required to successfully manage a television production and its staff which they can then augment by attending additional specialist skill courses.
At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

Delivery Method: Instructor led classroom, demonstrations, internships, and field work based.
Audience/Participants: Minimum Senior High School, or at least two years working experience on a TV/Film Set, or TV Station, looking to gain or sharpen their skills to enable them manage the production and screening of TV programmes.
